JekHep 300 manufacturer is Jeksar Pharma recommended, it as the 1st choice for cholecystectomy. It can be suggested for cholestatic liver disease, and primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC). It can also be prescribed to treat pregnancy-related intrahepatic cholestasis (3rd trimester) which causes pruritus and other hepatobiliary diseases.
Dosage
- Gallbladder stone dissolution- 8-10mg/kg/day orally divided into 3-4 doses .
- PBC- 300mg orally 2 times daily.
